When your masculine and feminine are out of balance, your energy can be running wild. This practice works to balance those energies through breathing, stretching, and balancing exercises.

Y'all mad? Me too. Join me in this 10-minute yoga practice for when you're angry to help channel your anger into a more positive outlet, letting the heat out through some strong, empowering poses.

We will be focusing on loving ourselves through this yoga practice. Every movement has intention, so in this practice, we will be moving intentionally with love for ourselves through each pose, transition, and breath.

I have a cozy yoga practice to fight the cold and feel good! In this practice, we cuddle up to ourselves and get really cozy, going into a state of comfort that is necessary these days.

We will be working on muscle endurance not only to tone and sculpt our beautiful bodies, but also help build strength to be able to hold poses for longer periods of time in our practices. Remember consistency is key when it comes to making progress.
